At North Pacific Nutrition Counseling we believe that eating can support one’s body and be a pleasurable part of life. In today’s culture it is easy to get bombarded with the should and shouldn’t messages of eating and lose trust in oneself to make appropriate choices.
We are here to help and support you find that trust in yourself once again.
