I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to facilitate learning and change; for example: cognitive behavioral therapy, body-centered therapies, mindfulness, relaxation and hypnotherapy, Lifespan Integration, EMDR, and neuroscience-based strategies. My approach focuses on your needs and goals, to help you take charge of your life and bring it back into balance.
