I’m Kaytlin, a registered dietitian and nutrition therapist with a private practice near Forest Grove, Oregon. I specialize in treating disordered eating and GI concerns, and I also see clients with general nutrition needs including those with heart disease and diabetes. My practice is weight inclusive with a non-diet, Health At Every Size (HAES) approach. I studied nutrition and dietetics at Cornell University, completed my dietetic internship at Simmons College, and studied eating disorders at Plymouth State University’s Eating Disorder Institute, where I am also finishing up my masters degree. My training includes Mindful Eating, Intuitive Eating, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Prior to starting my private practice, I did inpatient and outpatient clinical work at a small hospital in Maine. I recently moved back home to Oregon, where I am continuing clinical work in addition to my private practice.
I am passionate about helping others find peace and joy in their relationship with food, and cultivating the connection we have with our bodies and the food that nourishes us. I am also passionate about allowing nutrition services to be available to everyone – which is why I offer telehealth appointments as well as home visits. My clients get the care they need from the comfort of their own home.
