Welcome to the community! Joining CREDN will allow you to connect with, and learn from fellow members who are equally driven to providing informed care. You will have access to continuing education, resources, and an opportunity to seek supervision. As an individual or organizational membership, you will have direct access to referrals with similar treatment approaches. In addition to creating connections, networking and learning, CREDN provides a unique marketing platform for its members. Our directory is widely used by individuals, professionals and organizations seeking support for clients in the PNW.

Professional Membership: Eligibility Questionnaire

Step 1 Professional Membership

Before becoming a member, we would like to make sure that CREDN is a good fit for you. Please start by filling out the membership eligibility questionnaire. Once we receive your application, we will take a few days to review it. If we approve your application, you can log in, become a CREDN member and fill out your profile information in step 2.

Professionals must complete this questionnaire before signing up for a CREDN membership.

Once you complete the eligibility questionnaire and are approved, continue here by filling out your profile and submitting payment. Then, your website profile will become activated and you will be added to our CREDN listserv.
