I am a certified personal trainer, certified forest therapy guide, and somatic practitioner who provides sessions in-person in Portland, OR. I’ve been practicing since 2013 and specialize in working with people who would like to use movement as a way to explore relating to their bodies. I work mostly with folks who are queer, trans, intersex, neurodivergent, living with chronic conditions, and people with complicated relationships to movement/fitness/sports.

I believe that amidst the exhaustion, fear, and stress we may feel, our bodies aren’t broken; they’re responding to the world around us. We’re doing the best we can with the tools we’ve learned so far, and our bodies have carried us through it all. Remembering and relating to our physical bodies through movement, nature, and somatic practices, we can begin to liberate ourselves and future generations from the systems that thrive on disconnection. My approach is inspired by the natural world, blending scientific and imaginal perspectives to create collaborative, individualized sessions rooted in curiosity. I am trained in a number of strength, mobility, flexibility, and somatic/embodiment based modalities and believe that the best movement practice is the one that works for the individual, supports their life, and works within their window of tolerance.
