With me, therapy is a co-created, safe space. I offer warm, direct, and compassionate dialogue that welcomes all of your experiences and emotions. I can help navigate balancing the needs for understanding, acceptance, and action in your life – collaborating around individualized and practical tools to help. I show up as myself in the therapy room- integrating humor, story telling, and metaphors. I’m spirited, imperfect, and whole – hopefully allowing you to be your whole self with me.

Many of the clients I work with in recovery have previously engaged in higher levels of care, have moved away from active behaviors, and are now ready to explore the deeper roots of their eating disorder. I offer a space for continued healing: one that supports skill-building, provides accountability, helps maintain or re-establish a treatment team, and holds room for reflection and growth. Together, we can work toward a more peaceful relationship with food, movement, and your body—so you can live a fuller, more connected life.

My approach is weight-inclusive, fat-positive, anti-diet, and grounded in the belief that health and healing are possible at every size. I also recognize that eating disorders don’t occur in a vacuum. Rigid gender norms, anti-fat bias, and systemic racism deeply shape our relationships with our bodies, our access to care, and our sense of safety and belonging. These intersecting dynamics deserve thoughtful, compassionate attention in the therapeutic process.

I also specialize in working with folks in the perinatal period and with families. Please visit my website to learn more about my other areas of specialty and treatment.
