Christine Morgan

I specialize in working with adults of all genders dealing with eating disorders and all that accompanies them: trauma, anxiety, depression, as well as spirituality and identity development. In session, we use a person-centered approach, and often incorporate principles of attachment/psychodynamic theory as well as skills and tools from CBT and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and Radically Open DBT. Sociological and multicultural perspectives can also help us understand the beliefs we hold about ourselves. Most importantly, no one understands a client better than the client themselves – I see it as my job to help you, by your side.
