As a therapist, I hold a safe and compassionate space for each client, so that they feel held and supported in a way that allows them to create their own profound transformation. I utilize the teachings of author and scholar Dr Brene´ Brown, as the foundation for my work, and also use the powerful modality of Neuro Linguistic Programing, to help women release from the old programs of shame and negative thinking. Simultaneously, I empower each woman to creatively build a thriving foundation based on authenticity, courage and resiliency; everything that they will need to live a bold and fulfilling life.
