I am a licensed psychologist in Oregon and Washington specializing in the treatment of eating disorders. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating concerns such as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, and ongoing struggles with food and body image.
Many of the people I work with feel exhausted by the constant mental noise—thoughts about food, body, or self-worth that can feel relentless and hard to escape. You may find yourself stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, while also feeling unsure how to create lasting change. It’s not uncommon to feel both a desire for things to be different and a fear of what that change might mean.
In therapy, I aim to offer a space where you can feel understood, supported, and not judged. Together, we gently explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck, while building skills to navigate difficult thoughts and emotions in a more flexible and compassionate way. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My hope is to help you move toward a life that feels less controlled by food, body image, or distress—and more connected to your values, your relationships, and what matters most to you.
