Receiving support with eating can feel vulnerable and full of unknowns. My approach is to meet you where you’re at, whether you’re at the beginning of your journey or have been on this path for some time. Together, we’ll collaborate on your goals in a judgement free space where you can feel comfortable showing up as you are. In our work, you can expect social justice–informed conversations that explore the intersecting factors shaping your relationship with food and your body, including systems of oppression, identity, and culture. I practice nutrition counseling with an anti-diet, intuitive eating, and HAES® approach.

My previous work experience includes working in primary care settings where I supported individuals with various nutrition-related health concerns as well as at eating disorder treatment centers at the residential, PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program), IOP (Intensive Outpatient), and outpatient levels of care.
