I specialize in working with clients from all kinds of background, but have found myself helping clients who are navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, transitions in their sport and body image struggles.

I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities when working with my clients including DBT, CBT, ERP and ACT. I am also currently pursuing CEDS (Certified Eating Disorder Specialist) certification.

My approach is rooted in compassion and curiosity. I aim to help clients rebuild a peaceful relationship with food, body, and self. I support clients in finding balance, self-trust, and freedom from rigid patterns so they can reconnect with what truly nourishes them.
