I’m a non-diet, HAES dietitian offering individualized care for eating disorders, disordered eating, and new or chronic health conditions to folks in the PNW. I recognize that food is so much more than what’s on our plates and I find real meaning in helping others feel comfortable to sit in this complexity. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities who are navigating their relationship with food and their bodies. My goal is to help you find a peaceful relationship with food and your body as you see fit. Everyone comes with their own story and experiences, and I genuinely value what you bring to our work together. I’m here to walk alongside you at your pace.
