I used somatic and talk therapy to help you work through barriers to connecting to your authentic self. I specialize in substance abuse, eating disorders, relational issues, trauma, and oppression-based difficulties. I utilize an attachment-based, relational approach to explore your struggles in the context of your personal relationships and larger social structures. You can expect our sessions to be collaborative, compassionate, and culturally-affirming. My eating disorder work is informed by the Health At Every Size (HAES) & Body Liberation frameworks.
