Hi! I’m Cassie Flowers. I’m a registered dietitian and founder of Flowers Nutrition. I’m passionate about supporting people across the full spectrum of eating concerns, from chronic dieting and food anxiety to diagnosed eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and ARFID.

I aim to meet you where you are and honor your autonomy. I’ll bring the nutrition science and experience supporting those with similar stories; you’ll bring your wisdom about yourself, your body, and your life. Together, we’ll figure out what works best for you.

My practice is: non-diet, weight-inclusive, neurodivergent and queer affirming, and trauma-informed. I offer virtual nutrition counseling to adolescents and adults in Oregon, Minnesota, Texas, Ohio, and Illinois.
