I provide care that rejects the diet and weight-loss paradigm and centers around exploring your relationship to body, food, and movement. I view acupuncture and East Asian medicine from a weight-neutral, social-justice informed lens, and I also offer adjunctive eating disorder care by addressing symptoms of eating disorders and eating disorder recovery such as digestive issues, hormone dysregulation, insomnia, and anxiety. I am invested in providing safer experiences of healthcare so that individuals can connect with and trust their bodies.
