Christine Yoshida

I am a licensed counselor. I specialize in helping clients who are struggling with disordered eating, eating disorders, over-exercising, and body image issues. All practices come from a body respect, Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size perspective. While I am not working you will find me hanging out with my husband, two young children, Lucy and Matthew, our dog Lucky and friends and family. As a former school counselor with over a decade of experience, I enjoy working with parents to help them support their children in a variety of areas. However, the primary focus of my practice involves assisting clients struggling with body insecurity, eating disorders, disordered eating, over-exercising, and trauma. My passion for helping clients deal with these types of struggles stems from the fact that I, like countless others, have struggled with food and exercise. As a result, I have both a personal and professional insight in this area
