Christine Yoshida

Christine Yoshida, LPC, LMHC, NCC, is a licensed therapist in Oregon and Washington who works with adults, adolescents, parents and couples navigating disordered eating, body image concerns, relationships, and major life transitions. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in attachment and psychodynamic perspectives, helping clients develop greater self-trust, self-understanding, and connection with themselves. 

Christine offers a weight-inclusive, HAES-aligned approach and works from attachment-based and psychodynamic perspectives. She provides virtual therapy throughout Oregon and Washington as well as in person in Portland and is currently paneled with Pacific Source (OR & WA), Aetna and Regence BCBS Oregon.
