I am a fat-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming therapist practicing through a Health At Every Size® and Body Trust® lens. I help clients heal relationships with food and body, process weight stigma and trauma, and navigate identity shifts in midlife, such as perimenopause, menopause and beyond. My integrative, trauma-informed approach supports self-trust, body neutrality, and emotional resilience.
