Jenny Bunce, LCSW, MSW

Hi, I’m Jenny (she/her), LCSW licensed in OR (WA and CT coming soon!) I support those navigating their relationship with food, body image, and exercise.

Having worked in education, healthcare, and residential eating disorder treatment, I understand how systems impact our relationship to our bodies and ourselves, including social, economic, cultural, environmental, familial, and healthcare systems.

My practice supports the whole person; not just the eating disorder. I aim to understand your story, knowing that you are the expert in your experience. My practice is gender and identity-affirming and trauma-informed. I support my clients in reconnecting with the mind and body and rediscovering a healed relationship with food and movement.

I utilize elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I specialize in those who may also be navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, and life transitions.

I am currently seeing OR clients virtually only. Immediate availability for private pay with waitlist available for insurance. I can provide a super-bill for out-of-network expenses.
