I’m Juliana, the Founder at Reclaiming Juliana. I share a breathwork practice dedicated to empowering womxn to reclaim their bodies, minds, and spirits. In a world that demands so much of us, I hold space for you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, honor your truth, and cultivate deep self-care. My mission is to guide you back home to yourself, providing tools and support to rediscover the beauty and power within.

As a later in life lesbian who spent a lifetime disconnected from my body, I understand first hand how important learning how to connect to your inner knowing is. I combine somatic breathwork with trauma-informed training to gently guide you home to yourself.
