Welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about helping people grow into being the person that they want to be and leaving behind the parts of life that aren’t working for them anymore. I specialize in eating disorder and trauma therapy, and everything that comes along with it (perfectionism, anxiety, depression, dissociation, etc). I have worked in community mental health, intensive outpatient care, partial hospitalization care, and residential care. My experience with different levels of severity in therapy allows me to meet you where you’re at. I am a Heath at Every Size®, Intuitive Eating/anti-diet, LGBTQ+ affirming practitioner. I like to take a supportive approach to therapy where we work as a team – you’re the expert on your life and I’m here to help you learn more about yourself and give you the skills that you need to keep moving forward.
