Lauren Hansen

Lauren specializes in working with adults and teens (ages 16+) who struggle with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image issues, ADHD, anxiety, self-discovery, and LGBTQ+ acceptance. Her therapeutic style centers around self-compassion, empowerment, and self-exploration to help clients align with their authentic selves. She believes that the client’s experience in therapy should be as unique as they are, and integrates different modalities based on the client’s personality, goals, and preferences. Lauren is a bit of an astrology nerd, cat mom (but dogs are awesome too!), and is always hooked on a new hyperfixation hobby. Feel free to ask her about it!
