I offer individual and family therapy to adolescents and young adults (14+) who are experiencing eating disorders, chronic health and or disability, pain. I utilize Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness based stress reduction for chronic illness. I am particularly passionate about those who have experienced medical neglect and aim to provide a space that feels safe for working through feelings and conflict.
