Sally TerBeck

Sally holds a dual Master’s degree in Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology from Bastyr University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Nutritionist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor.  She is a level 1-trained Internal Family Systems therapist. Her clinical interests are trauma/CPTSD, Eating Disorders/disordered eating, adults who were parentified as children, Highly Sensitive People, LGBTQIA  health and empowerment, and women’s health and empowerment.
