She/They

As an MSW student and emerging clinical social worker, I am passionate about supporting adolescents and adults in healing from eating disorders, anxiety, and trauma. I also have an interest in working with medically complex clients and those navigating the intersection of physical illness and mental health. My approach is rooted in authenticity, compassion, and an unwavering belief in each person’s innate capacity for healing, growth, and self-acceptance.

I identify as queer and fat, and I strive to create a therapeutic space that welcomes all identities without judgment. As a white provider, I have a commitment to lifelong learning and anti-racism, and I actively work to recognize and challenge systemic oppression within myself and the systems I operate in. My work is grounded in a Health at Every Size (HAES) philosophy and a deep commitment to social justice, particularly in challenging fatphobia and expanding access to quality mental health care.

Clinically, I take an eclectic and relational approach, integrating attachment theory, narrative therapy, parts work, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing. I am pursuing EMDR training in Spring 2026 and look forward to incorporating trauma-focused modalities into my work. I work from a strengths-based lens, prioritizing the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for deep, meaningful change. I honor the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives, and I aim to guide them toward embracing all parts of themselves with compassion.

I’m especially passionate about helping people explore their values, cultivate self-respect, and develop committed actions that align with their authentic selves. My clinical experience includes working with youth affected by commercial sexual exploitation, depression, and suicidality, as well as adults facing homelessness, complex trauma, addiction, chronic medical needs, and crisis situations.

I am honored to walk alongside clients on their path toward healing their relationships with food, body, and self — fostering resilience, self-love, and liberation.
