Rose Mattson

Hi! My name is Rose (she/her) and I am weight-inclusive, Health At Every Size™ (HAES™) aligned, Registered Dietitian in Bend, OR specializing in eating disorders. Eating can be complicated, stressful, and overwhelming. My goal is to help you develop a positive relationship with food, movement, and your body so that you can fully participate and feel present in your life. I am fiercely passionate about providing equitable care for all humans. Every single body is welcome here. Talking about food and bodies is tough, and I strive to provide a compassionate and safe space for you to start exploring what it might be like to fully feel free.

I work with all types of eating disorders, as well have special interest and expertise in sports nutrition, RED-S, and I enjoy working with folks throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
