I work with a variety of mental health and relational concerns using a collaborative, somatic-based approach. I am passionate about helping my clients let their insights settle into their bodies and relationships so that their changes are sustainable and holistic. My clients are curious about what life beyond survival-mode is like. I am passionate about supporting people of all sizes, backgrounds, abilities and gender identities explore their relationship with their body using a body liberation and HAE’s framework.
