Hi, I’m Bri Gulker! I specialize in eating disorders and disordered eating recovery in adults and teens. I’m passionate about supporting individuals in healing their relationship with food by fostering self-compassion and supporting them in navigating complexities of recovery. I am committed to creating a safe, collaborative space for clients across all body sizes, identities, and backgrounds – including the LGBTQ+ community, recreational athletes, and those facing limited food access.

My approach is HAES-aligned (Health at Every Size) and anti-diet. I prioritize providing non-judgmental care that is weight-inclusive, welcoming, and does not place hierarchical value or moral labels on food.
