Hi, I’m Bri! I’m a dietitian that specializes in disordered eating and eating disorder recovery.

I’m passionate about supporting individuals in healing their relationship with food by fostering self-compassion and helping them navigate the complexities of recovery. I am committed to creating a safe, collaborative space for clients across all body sizes, identities, and backgrounds – including the LGBTQ+ community, recreational athletes, and those facing limited food access.

I prioritize providing non-judgmental care that is HAES-aligned, weight-inclusive, welcoming, and does not place hierarchical value or moral labels on food. 

I offer virtual services in OR, WA, and IL.
