Living with chronic illness, trauma, or disordered eating patterns can leave you exhausted and disconnected from yourself. If burnout, body mistrust, complicated relationships with food, or the emotional weight of physical health challenges are consuming your life, you don’t have to navigate this alone. I specialize in supporting clients who feel misunderstood in traditional healthcare spaces because of chronic pain/illness, queerness, and neurodivergence. Together, we’ll help you reconnect with yourself and find sustainable ways to cope.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming. I draw from EMDR, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Health at Every Size (HAES), mindfulness, and relational work to meet you where you are. We can explore your relationship with food and body, build self-trust, and process trauma. I’ll help you reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom, not something to fight.
Starting therapy takes courage, especially if you haven’t felt heard in the past. I create a space that honors your identities, lived experience, and what your body is telling you. You know your body and needs best. I’m here to collaborate with you, not prescribe solutions. Let’s work together to find what feels sustainable and true for you.
