I provide a safe and supportive environment to work in collaboration with you to challenge eating disorder behavior. I strive to balance this with providing honest open reflection to help meet you where you are. I utilize the exploration of unhelpful thinking and behavioral patterns meeting clients where they are at in the process of change and helping them progress.

I bring over 20 years of experience helping adults and adolescents at a partial hospital level of care into my therapeutic approach, helping clients address their struggles whether they are related to an eating disorder or other mood and anxiety concerns. I collaborate with clients to help them continue to build on their strengths and develop new coping strategies.
