Girija Bhonsle

Dr. Girija Bhonsle is a licensed naturopathic physician completing her primary care residency at the National University of Natural Medicine. She received her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine in 2021 from NUNM. She earned her BA in Neurobiology and Psychology from Boston University.

Dr. Bhonsle’s clinical education focused on evidence-based, integrative primary care. She completed additional rotations in pediatrics and mental health with an emphasis on disordered eating in children and young adults. She is passionate about delivering non-judgmental, culturally competent health care by creating a doctor-patient relationship built upon mutual respect and trust. She believes in creating an individualized, collaborative care plan utilizing an entire array of treatment modalities from herbal formulas to pharmaceuticals.

When not in the clinic, Dr. Bhonsle enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, exploring museums, watching movies and historical documentaries, or curling up with a good mystery novel and one (or more) of her 3 cats.
