I offer individual nutrition counseling for those struggling in their relationship with food. My practice is rooted in the belief that true food freedom is possible and guided by the principles of Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating. Whether exploring your relationship with food for the first time or stuck in the cycle of disordered eating, I can help. Sessions range from meal plan accountability to replacing the lies of diet culture with a value-aligned food philosophy of your own to riffing on the nostalgic power of Poptarts.
