As an eating disorder & sports dietitian, I am passionate about helping athletes and non-athletes alike fuel for their sport and life without losing their shit around food. My favorite part of what I do is forming connections with my clients and reminding them that food is more than fuel and that they are more than a body (and if they’re an athlete, that life is more than sport). I use a trauma-informed, HAES-aligned, client-centered approach to educate and empower clients to heal their relationship with food, movement, and body so that they can live the life they want and deserve.
