Kassie Hughes

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience helping individuals find growth and better health through therapy. I have specialization and interest in treating anxiety, disordered eating, body image, trauma, pregnancy and postpartum issues.

I utilize a blend of approaches, including mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR and more. As a relational therapist, I also bring focus to the ways in which your struggles are impacting your relationships and how relationship dynamics are impacting you. We will work collaboratively to help you understand yourself and others, change what you can, and increase acceptance. Meaning, purpose and valued living are often part of the conversation.
