Kate Webb

Hello! I am Kate, a weight inclusive, non-diet dietitian helping my clients forge a better relationship with food, their bodies, and fitness. I have a Bachelors degree in Applied Exercise and Health, as well as Food & Nutrition and have experience working in higher level of care for eating disorder treatment. My practice is virtual, and I am licensed in both OR and WA, so I see clients all over the PNW! I use an Intuitive Eating framework to help guide my clients toward tuning into their bodies, rather than following rigid food rules or diet nonsense. I especially enjoy helping those who are looking for a healthier and happier way to support their active lifestyle and prenatal/postpartum mamas looking to nourish and care for their bodies.
