Practicing from the belief that we are born with the intuitive ability to nourish ourselves, I work with clients to restore this innate sense. I believe that nutrition does not exist in a vacuum and in order to build trust in our bodies, we must connect to the physical, social, and emotional roles food plays in our lives. As your dietitian, I will meet you where you are in your journey while challenging your fears around food. Together, we will create a plan that not only improves your nutritional status, but builds a healthier relationship with food and your body.

I specialize in the treatment of disordered eating and eating disorders and have experience treating eating disorders at every level of care. I offer a safe space to challenge your disordered eating behaviors, connect to your authentic self, and work on developing a recovered life.
