Katie Trageser

Welcome! My name is Katie Trageser, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing individual counseling services in the state of OR. I hold a Master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling-Addictions from Lewis & Clark College. My experience and specialization includes diagnoses and treatment of individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, body image distress, and a variety of anxiety-related disorders. I take a Behavioral, Dialectical and Intuitive Eating approach to my treatment, where I teach clients a variety of skills and tools to manage distress, improve thinking patterns and self-talk, and heal/neutralize relationship with food/body.
