Mikki Jordan

I specialize in working with adults and teens (16+) who struggle with anxiety, depression, eating disorders and/or body image concerns. I came into this profession after recovering from my own eating disorder over twenty years ago. Once I found myself on the other side I realized I wanted to help others find their own path to freedom. There isn’t one approach that works for everyone. Therapy for me is a collaborative process. I enjoy getting creative and finding a framework that best serves each client.
