Jennifer Nelson-Tripathi

Jennifer is a mental health therapist (LCSW) and board certified supervisor with the Oregon Board of Social Workers. She specializes in adult women’s eating disorder treatment. She enjoys working with adults by helping them to formulate a foundation of self-compassion and distress tolerance, process feelings such as shame, perfectionism, and control, and helps with mindfulness training for uncomfortable emotions such as depression and anxiety. She enjoys working across the spectrum of eating disorder populations, but takes a special interest in working with binge eating disorder, and women living in larger bodies.
