Healing is intimidating. It invites you to create new pathways in your brain, new patterns in your daily habits, and new ways of being with yourself. I believe in a therapeutic relationship as the cornerstone to creating space for health, healing, and personal growth. We will collaborate on a whole person approach to your mental health, including whether or not medication management is right for you.
I am passionate about providing high quality, trauma informed mental health services. My practice focus includes anxiety, mood disorders, improving one’s relationship with food/body (Health at Every Size), supporting expecting and postpartum parents, and providing care to fellow health care providers. -Email is my preferred method of initial contact-
