Tammy Russell – Modern Intuitive Healing, LLC

I help adolescents and adults to feel nourished and supported on their journey back to health with an inclusive, compassionate and HAES approach.  I look at each person for their unique needs with a functional medicine lens and act as a  highly supportive coach for their circumstance.  Additionally, as a Reiki Master, I can offer anxiety-lowering techniques + meditations to help calm the mind.  I help those specifically with all types of ED, body dysmorphic disorder, OCD + ED, gut health issues and autoimmune conditions.
