As a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), I’ve spent almost a decade specializing in nutrition counseling for eating disorders and, consequently, been alongside clients as they’ve had to navigate challenging new chronic conditions. (As if having an eating disorder wasn’t enough!)

I’ve witnessed how overwhelming, confusing, and isolating it can be to reconfigure your life around a new condition. And I just think it’s pretty rude for food to also be hard at the same time. (I mean, come on…)

My goals as your dietitian are three-fold:

1. To help you nourish your body on even your worst days.

2. To be a supportive, compassionate, & collaborative member of your care.

3. To empower you so that, at the end of the day, you won’t need to work with me forever.
