Howdy! I work with folks navigating eating disorders and body image concerns. My approach is warm, direct, and I love to bring in some humor when appropriate. Rather than focusing only on behaviors, I help clients understand the deeper patterns, relationships, and experiences that shape their relationship with food and themselves. My jam also includes religious trauma and work that involves systems (couples/families).
