Howdy! I work with folks navigating eating disorders and body image concerns through a relational, attachment-based lens. Rather than focusing only on behaviors, I help clients understand the deeper patterns, relationships, and experiences that shape their relationship with food and themselves. My jam also includes religious trauma and work that involves systems (couples/families). I appreciate collaborative, whole-person care; working alongside dietitians, physicians, and other providers to support one’s journey.
