Hello! I'm Dr. Michelle, a naturopathic physician currently offering telehealth services and licensed in both OR and WA. I have a private practice for cash pay patients am also affiliated with Be Well Holistic Health and can see patients in person in Longview, WA. I graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine in 2021 with my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. While at NUNM, I participated in additional coursework in Integrative Mental Health, Eating Disorders, and Cranio-Sacral Therapy. I honor each patient's journey and will take the time necessary to get to know and understand you to assess for the root cause of any acute or chronic symptoms. My evaluation may include specialized laboratory testing and referrals to specialists if necessary. I offer comprehensive treatment plans that address the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs of my patients and collaborate with them to find the treatment that best fits their current needs and resources. I offer botanical medicine, homeopathy, flower essence therapy, nutraceutical recommendations, lifestyle modification coaching, and prescription medications as necessary. I am passionate about treating people equitably, finding and treating the underlying cause of disease, and helping you bring peace into your relationships with yourself and your body as well as your relationship with food. As a larger bodied person first and a medical provider second I understand the challenges faced by those of us who struggle with fatphobia in medicine and work diligently to provide the best possible care through a HAES and Intuitive Eating perspective.

ND, MS
Bio
Dr WendyLeigh White, a licensed naturopathic doctor and nondiet weight-neutral nutritionist, takes a “nature cure” approach to prevention and healing in her clinical practice, teaching, and speaking. She has maintained a clinical practice since 2008 and taught at the graduate level 2016-2021. In 2020 and 2021, she was included in the Portland Monthly’s Top Doctors, Naturopath category. She provides naturopathic care, nutrition counseling, Safe and Sound Protocol, and Visionary Craniosacral Work (VCSW) at Heart Spring Health. Her aim is to empower every one of her patients/clients/students, especially those in larger bodies, to understand the interconnected systems of your body and its specific needs. In this way, you learn to tune in to the signals your body is telling you. Only then can you give it what it needs to heal, to thrive, to learn how not to follow in your family’s medical footprints. Building from a “nature cure” philosophy (food, water, air, movement, relationships), Dr White specializes in developing personalized lifestyle plans that align to your unique genetic makeup and lifestyle. She enjoys coaching people who are needing support with nervous system soothing, blood sugar management, prediabetes, and Type 2 diabetes. Dr White is most passionate when she is speaking to groups about the body’s innate ability to heal itself and to keep itself in balance when supported appropriately.
