My name is Rose (she/her) and I am weight-inclusive, Health At Every Size™ (HAES™) aligned, Registered Dietitian in Bend, Oregon specializing in eating disorders care. Eating can be complicated, stressful, and overwhelming. My goal is to help you develop a positive relationship with food, movement, and your body so that you can fully participate and feel present in your life. I am fiercely passionate about providing equitable care for all humans. Every single body is welcome here. Talking about food and bodies is tough, and I strive to provide a compassionate and safe space for you to start exploring what it might be like to fully feel free.

ACCEPTING FOR GROUPS* If you are struggling with an eating disorder, I can help! I know the isolation, denial, justifications and struggles that make recovery difficult. I aim to create a space individually and with peers where you can experiment with recovery and see if it is better than your eating disorder (it is eventually). Eating disorders thrive in isolation, so peer support and building a recovery community is a large part of my treatment model. If you are at the place where you want to try something different (I promise you won't forget how to have an eating disorder if you want to go back to it), then let's work together! I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders. I hold a specialty certification in eating disorder treatment from Lewis and Clark. Additionally, I have nearly four years of experience working at the PHP and IOP level of care with individuals struggling with eating disorders. I believe in full recovery because I have seen it and am recovered myself. I am passionate about treating individuals with eating disorders. I work will work with you wherever you are at in recovery. I recognize the lies the eating disorder tells us to convince us to not seek treatment- the waning motivation, but I invite you to reach out. Honor Nutrition & Counseling is located in Seattle, Washington and offers in person and telehealth (video and online) for pre-teens & teens, young adults and adults looking for support with trauma/ptsd, mental health issues and eating disorders. Our practice is welcoming to all bodies and backgrounds. Our clients (parents and all ages) all also get access to online courses and online coping skills for free. We use evidenced based practices like HAES, EMDR, ACT, mindfulness, and intuitive eating to provide personalized and compassionate therapy and nutrition care.

I believe no matter what you face, there is hope for change. Many of my clients come to me for trauma and abuse recovery, depression, anxiety and panic attacks, disordered eating and body image issues. I am a certified Brainspotting therapist, Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified in Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), and use Gottman method for couples work. For more than 25 years, Providence Eating Disorders Treatment Program has helped patients recover from anorexia, bulimia and atypical eating disorders. Our treatment process begins with a thorough clinical assessment to address current and past eating practices and the physical and emotional consequences of these practices. This includes the evaluation of symptoms, such as depression, anxiety and substance use, as well as lifestyle factors, such as social support from family and friends. Hello! I'm Dr. Michelle, a naturopathic physician currently offering telehealth services and licensed in both OR and WA. I graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine in 2021 with my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine. While at NUNM, I participated in additional coursework in Integrative Mental Health, Eating Disorders, and Cranio-Sacral Therapy. I honor each patient's journey and will take the time necessary to get to know and understand you to assess for the root cause of any acute or chronic symptoms. Hi, I’m Jess and I am so glad you are here. Sometimes there are seasons in our lives where we feel stuck or lost, like we don’t measure up to the standards set around us. We may find ourselves struggling in our relationships, or even in old patterns of behavior we can’t seem to break. If you find yourself in this space today, I am here to help. I am honored to walk alongside clients as a compassionate listener and guide and believe in a strengths-based and collaborative approach to healing. In my work as a therapist, I utilize narrative therapy in order to assist clients in discovering how past and present experiences have shaped the story of their lives. I am also a HAES-aligned practitioner with experience in working with individuals struggling with eating disorders.

My practice is tailored toward high-functioning professional women who struggle with issues of overachieving, poor body image, low self-esteem and imposter syndrome. Typically, these concerns coalesce with a lack of good self-care and present in the form of over-working, putting others' needs above her own and often result in ineffective coping strategies such as emotional eating, substance use and dysregulated sleep. I work with clients to help restore balance to thoughts and behaviors, in an effort to help move them toward valued living.
