Biographical Info I provide a collaborative and holistic mind-body approach to psychotherapy. I believe that every individual has an innate capacity to heal and deepen their connection to self/others. It is my goal to create a safe and compassionate environment in which your unique strengths and resources can be accessed, and the negative experiences from the past that continue to affect the present can be uncovered and resolved. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who experience relationship issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Within these modalities, I integrate Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, IFS, EMDR, attachment theory, and behavioral approaches to provide the most comprehensive and holistic care.
