Amanda Ludka, LPC
Biographical Info I became a counselor because I am passionate about healing! I believe that people have the ability to change and improve their lives in ways they never thought possible. I work hard to cultivate a space of warmth, kindness and safety so that we can explore this territory together. You can expect me to be compassionate, warm, determined and fierce in our work together, loyal and tenacious in advocating for you. I look forward to empowering and motivating you in a safe, non-judgmental space where the therapeutic process will be tailored to fit your needs. I have cared for people with a broad range of challenges including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, relationship concerns, grief & loss, life transitions, addiction and trauma. I also specialize in eating disorders. Some of the treatment orientations I work from include: Person-Centered, Existential-Humanistic, Internal Family Systems, Multicultural, Relational, Strength Based, Trauma Focused, Feminist, Integrative, HAES® (Health at Every Size), Body Trust® and Sand Tray. In terms of my education and training, I earned my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health from George Fox University and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Oregon (no. C5818). I am a Certified Body Trust® Provider with Be Nourished and have completed Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS).
