At Restorative Pathways, I help people reconnect with the wisdom of their body, soften patterns of survival, and remember the truth of their wholeness. Through somatic based therapy or trauma-informed bodywork, I support your return to a life shaped by self-trust, pleasure, and possibility. I am in person in SW Portland or virtual throughout Oregon. As an LMT for over 10 years I am trained in trauma informed Myofascial Release & Craniosacral Therapy and I have an accessible office with a wide, electrical lift massage table to make ALL bodies comfortable. As a counselor, I am trained in eating disorders from Lewis & Clark College, have clinical outpatient experience with teens, adults and elders with eating disorders. I have also finished training as a Body Trust provider and am awaiting final certification and am a certified Somatic EMDR practitioner.
