Hi! I'm Ash, a HAES aligned, anti-diet dietitian, fiercely committed to providing weight-inclusive and neurodiversity affirming care to all of my patients. My pronouns are she/her and I am late diagnosed AuDHD (autism + ADHD), currently in remission from an eating disorder. My lived experience with AuDHD and eating disorders has deeply influenced my work in the nutrition field and my desire to provide evidenced-based, patient centered care to heal our community.
