Biographical Info Bre graduated from culinary school with a passion for cooking and helping others learn to enjoy all aspects of food. She uses an individualized hands-on approach to help promote positive behavior change and discover ways to overcome obstacles in order to reach realistic goals. She uses activities such as grocery store tours, snack and meal sessions, food flexibility opportunities, and cooking classes to help clients meet their goals. She is a non-diet, weight inclusive dietitian who believes that there are no good or bad foods and all foods fit. Bre is compassionate and sensitive to food preferences being mindful of budget, time constraints, family dynamics and access to food.
